WHY DO WE EXIST?

The Quality of Our Movement Shapes Our Lives

Movement is an inescapable requirement for self-discovery

Connecting the dots between movement and quality of life has led us to an increasingly deep exploration of how movement can be designed to support our life's goals.

This community exists to share insights the founding movers have found useful on their individual movement journies, and to bring a global movement community together through shared experiences.

MOVE LIKE YOU MEAN IT is a global movement community that develops movement solutions for life's adventurers.

  • Creative fitness The ability to sustainably produce creative work in any capacity. This ranges from performance art to corporate engagements.
  • Pre-natal & post-natal fitness We believe childbirth is the most athletic natural event of a woman's life. We believe pregnancy can be better prepared for, and that childbirth can be aided by consistently stimulating awareness of the birth channel. Every body is different, and different women require this stimulation for different durations leading up to pregnancy, childbirth and recovery.
  • Mobility & General Movement Re-Immersion Falling off physical routines is a part of the journey. In this unit we focus on what it takes to get back up.
